By downloading, installing, or using AURA FORGE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
AURA FORGE is a multi-sport fitness companion for tracking workouts, nutrition, sleep, hydration, body metrics, and wellness. It includes an AI coaching companion called Aura, and tools to generate personalized training and nutrition plans.
You must be at least 14 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.
AURA FORGE is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content — including AI-generated plans and coaching messages — is for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate plans and coaching content. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment and consult professionals for significant decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at soporte@auranexus.app.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
All content, trademarks, and software in AURA FORGE are owned by or licensed to the developer. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AURA FORGE and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
