Delete your account

This page explains how to request deletion of your AURA FORGE account and associated data. The developer is Odual Bonilla Coto, an individual based in Costa Rica and responsible for the app and auranexus.app.
From the app
In AURA FORGE, open Profile > Settings > Privacy & data. On the Privacy screen, choose Request account deletion. You can cancel by choosing “Cancel deletion” from that same screen during the following 7 days. After that, deletion becomes permanent.
Without access to the app
To request deletion without using the app, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”.
Associated data and retention
The privacy policy describes this data as associated with your account:
- Account data: email, basic profile, country and optional city.
- Training sessions, meals, sleep, hydration, fasting, weight and wellness logs.
- Chat messages with Aura Companion.
- Content you share in the community, such as posts, recipes and plans.
- Body progress photos.
The policy says that your account, logs and photos are deleted when the 7-day cancellation period ends. We keep your data while your account exists. It does not specify any additional retention after deletion.
