This page describes, in plain terms, what data AURA FORGE collects and what we use it for. It covers both this website (auranexus.app) and the AURA FORGE app (Android/iOS).

What we collect on this website

If you join the iOS waitlist, we store only your email, the page language, and the date. We use it exclusively to notify you once the app is available on the App Store. We don't share or sell it to third parties.

What the app collects

To function, the app stores, tied to your account:

• Account data: email and basic profile.
• Training, nutrition and health data you log: sessions, meals, sleep, hydration, fasting, weight and wellness.
• Chat messages with the AI companion (Aura Companion), to give you context across conversations.
• Content you voluntarily share in the community (posts, recipes, plans).
• Body progress photos, if you choose to use that feature.

This data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security rules that restrict reads to your own account, except for content you explicitly choose to share publicly in the community.

Photos

Your progress photos are kept in private storage: nobody else can open them, not even with the link, because every access is signed against your session and expires within an hour. They are never posted to the community or shown to other users.

The photos you use for body analysis and meal recognition are not stored: they travel encrypted to the AI provider, get analysed, and are discarded.

Artificial intelligence

The AI features (Aura Companion, body analysis, meal recognition, plan generation) are processed through Anthropic's API (Claude). To do that we send the content your request needs — including chat messages and, for the image features, the photo. Anthropic acts as a processor: it does not use that content to train its models. Their policy is at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.

Health data from your phone

If you grant permission, the app reads your daily step count from Health Connect (Android) or Health (iOS) to tune your calorie and hydration targets. We only read steps, we never write to those apps, and you can revoke the permission from your system settings at any time.

Third-party services

To run the app we rely on these providers, each with access only to what it needs:

• Supabase: database, accounts and storage for your photos.
• Anthropic (Claude): the AI features, as described above.
• RevenueCat: manages your subscription. Payments are processed by the App Store and Google Play; we never see your card.
• Google AdMob: the optional rewarded ads. AdMob uses your device's advertising identifier, which you can limit or reset in your system settings.
• PostHog: app usage metrics (which screens get used), tied to your user id, not your email.
• Sentry: error reports when something breaks, so we can fix it.
• Expo (EAS): app updates and push notifications.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If you request deletion from Settings > Privacy, you have 7 days to change your mind and cancel; after that your account, your logs and your photos are deleted for good.

Minimum age

AURA FORGE is not directed at children under 14, and sign-up enforces that minimum age. If we find an account belonging to someone younger, we delete it.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your health, training or nutrition data.
• We don't show your weight, calories, sleep or raw biometrics to other users without your explicit action to share it.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data (including removal from the waitlist) by writing to [email protected].
